以 map 的形式返回 Element 的所有 attributes。

__GetAttributes(element: Element) : object;

#参数

#返回值

当前 Element 的 attribute map，map key 为当前 Element 的 attribute key，map value 为 attribute value。

前端框架可以按下如下的方法获取 Element 的 attribute map
